Code Ann. § 15-44-114","heading":"Wildlife causing crop damage","body":"(a) Upon the request of any farmer with demonstrated damage to an agricultural crop from wildlife, the game warden shall assist the farmer by implementation of a control program to relocate or eradicate the wildlife which is causing injury to the crop of the farmer.\n\n(b) The program developed by the game warden may authorize the farmer for limited use of nighttime hunting of the specific wildlife causing damage to the crop.\n\n(c) Any program developed under the provisions of this section shall be exempt from all hunting laws of the State of Arkansas, except those federal and state laws which prohibit destruction of endangered or protected species.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 44"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"4055bf420c077c5807b549c48dfcc1fb9de0ff4b40b6009a0314c3b7384de18c","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-44-111","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-45-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
