Code Ann. § 15-5-1703","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Authority\" means the Arkansas Development Finance Authority;\n\n(2) \"Board\" means the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority;\n\n(3) \"Eligible activities\" means activities eligible for funding by the Arkansas Housing Trust Fund, as set forth in this subchapter;\n\n(4) \"Eligible applicants\" means persons or entities eligible to receive funds from the fund, as set forth in this subchapter;\n\n(5) \"Housing trust fund\" means the fund created in § 15-5-1704 ; and\n\n(6) \"Median household income\" means state or area median household income, as defined and adjusted annually by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 5","Subchapter 17"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"003c4948dafbeae52055733af045f9c3c6bbe853f56d83a367ff970429736fd9","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-5-1702","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-5-1704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
