Code Ann. § 15-5-909","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Administrative account\" means the Construction Assistance Administrative Account established by this subchapter within the Construction Assistance Revolving Loan Fund;\n\n(2) \"Authority\" means the Arkansas Development Finance Authority or any successor agency or commission of the state;\n\n(3) \"Clean Water Act\" means the Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972, as amended by the federal Water Quality Act of 1987;\n\n(4) \"Commission\" means the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission or a successor agency or commission of the state;\n\n(5) [Repealed.]\n\n(6) \"Federal environmental acts\" means the Clean Water Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act;\n\n(7) \"Fund\" means the Construction Assistance Revolving Loan Fund established by this subchapter;\n\n(8) \"Owner\" means the owner or prospective owner of an environmental project, excluding any federal agencies;\n\n(9) \"Revolving loan account\" means the Construction Assistance Revolving Loan Fund Account established by this subchapter within the fund;\n\n(10) \"State\" means the State of Arkansas; and\n\n(11) \"State Grants Account\" means the State Grants Account established by this subchapter within the fund.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 5","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:35:43Z","sha256":"9cfec1e6ae9c64da9da56ffae74a6a7710f88ed3a07123a822a6e8fc0b79b693","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-5-908","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-5-910","notices":[{"id":"open-us-law","title":"Open US Law compilation","text":"Compilation CC BY 4.0, Open US Law (Vaquill AI).
