Code Ann. § 16-108-104","heading":"Submission by fiduciaries","body":"(a) The personal representatives of a decedent, guardian of an infant, guardian of an idiot or lunatic, or any trustee may make a submission as provided for in this subchapter touching the estate of the decedent, infant, insane person, or person in respect to which he or she is trustee.\n\n(b) Any submission so made in good faith, and the award made thereon, shall be binding and shall be entered as the judgment or decree of the court.\n\n(c) No fiduciary shall be responsible for any loss sustained by an award adverse to the interest he or she represents unless the adverse award is caused by his or her fault or neglect.\n\nCivil Code, § 494; C. \u0026 M.
