Code Ann. § 16-11-105","heading":"Rules and laws applicable to court","body":"(a) All rules of the Supreme Court and all laws respecting the Supreme Court shall apply to the Supreme Court sitting in divisions and en banc.\n\n(b) The Supreme Court may make such further rules as may be necessary for the transaction and dispatch of business.\n\n(c) The Supreme Court may, by general rules, provide what causes shall have a preference on the docket.\n\nAmended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1294, eff. 7/24/2019.\n\nCivil Code, § 17; Acts 1871, No. 48, § 1 [17], p. 219; 1925, No. 205, § 4; C. \u0026 M.
