Code Ann. § 16-11-202","heading":"Preparation of syllabus, headnotes, corrections - Publication","body":"It shall be the duty of the Reporter of the Supreme Court to:\n\n(1) Prepare the syllabus without delay after the Clerk of the Supreme Court furnishes him or her with a copy of the decisions of the court;\n\n(2) Prefix notes to each published decision containing the points decided therein;\n\n(3) Edit the decisions of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals and make technical corrections thereto;\n\n(4) Oversee publication and distribution of the decisions of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals in such format and medium as the Supreme Court may direct; and\n\n(5) Perform other duties as the Supreme Court assigns.","path":["AR Code","Title 16","Chapter 11","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"722c7f1708ef8ca8418779c6f508546639f212660862e5f55fa9d61ed212d83c","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-16-11-201","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-16-11-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
