Code Ann. § 16-110-110","heading":"Issuance of orders of attachments to other counties","body":"(a) Orders of attachment may be issued to the county sheriffs or other officers of other counties, and several of them may, at the option of the plaintiff, be issued at the same time or in succession.\n\n(b) Only those attachments which have been executed in whole or in part shall be taxed in the costs unless otherwise directed by the court.\n\nCivil Code, § 221; C. \u0026 M.
