(2) The director shall report to the Secretary of the Department of Inspector General. (3) The Arkansas Fair Housing Commission may fix the compensation, duties, authority, and responsibilities of the director. (b) The commission may authorize the director to hire necessary staff and to provide for services, furnishings, equipment, and office space and employees of the commission shall be employees of the Department of Inspector General.
