(b) The terms of court in each county in the Seventeenth Judicial District shall commence on the following dates: (1) (A) In the Northern District of Prairie County, on the third Mondays in March and September; (B) In the Southern District of Prairie County, on the first Monday in March and the third Monday in August; and (2) (A) In White County, on the third Monday and the tenth Monday after the third Monday in January and the third Monday and the tenth Monday after the third Monday in July. (B) However, grand and petit juries selected at the January and July terms of the court may serve for a period of six (6) months.
