(2) Both departments are to be served by one (1) judge. (b) The Fulton County District Court Judge shall be elected countywide. (c) The Fulton County District Court shall have countywide jurisdiction. Amended by Act 2017, No. 723,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
