Two (2) or more deputies and two (2) or more secretaries whose total salaries shall be one hundred three thousand eight hundred thirty-four dollars ($103,834) per annum; provided, that the quorum court may appropriate additional money for yearly salary increases or additional personnel in its discretion; and\n\n(2) Sebastian County.
