Code Ann. § 16-23-105","heading":"County law library book fund","body":"All collections from costs levied pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall forthwith be paid over by the collecting officer to the county treasurer and by him credited on his records to a fund to be designated and known as the county law library book fund.
