Code Ann. § 16-43-602","heading":"Penalty","body":"Any person who refuses to give testimony after an order has been issued by the circuit court for the judicial district in which the proceeding is or may be held directing him or her to give such testimony, as provided in this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
