Code Ann. § 16-47-104","heading":"Attestation of acknowledgments","body":"(a) In cases of acknowledgment or proof of deeds or conveyances of real estate taken within the United States or territories thereof, when taken before any court or officer having a seal of office, the deed or conveyance shall be attested under the seal of office.
