Code Ann. § 16-88-112","heading":"Jurisdiction of counties - Mortal wound","body":"If any wound or mortal injury is inflicted on any human being in this state, who shall die thereof in another state or country, whether the state or country is within the jurisdiction of the United States or not, an indictment may be found.
