Code Ann. § 16-93-1902","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Community supervision officer\" means an employee of the Division of Community Correction who is tasked with the supervision of offenders released to post-release supervision or persons who otherwise fall under the supervisory authority of the Division of Community Correction;\n\n(2) \"Eligible inmate\" means an inmate eligible for post-release supervision;\n\n(3) \"Felony ineligible for earned release credits\" means the same as defined in § 16-93-1802 ;\n\n(4) \"Offender\" means a person transferred to post-release supervision;\n\n(5) \"Post-release supervision\" means a period of community supervision for an offender after his or her release from incarceration; and\n\n(6) \"Restricted release felony\" means the same as defined in § 16-93-1802 .","path":["AR Code","Title 16","Chapter 93","Subchapter 19"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"3dd73042e87d0518a2ba5e864fd049d422b76dd393bf555d096193f15b457fc0","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-16-93-1901","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-16-93-1903"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
