Code Ann. § 16-93-305","heading":"Probation - Sex offender may not reside with minor victim","body":"(a) If a person enters a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to or is found guilty of a sexual offense under § 5-14-101 et seq., except for a misdemeanor violation of sexual indecency with a child, § 5-14-110 , or incest, § 5-26-202 , perpetrated against a minor and is otherwise eligible for probation, the person is prohibited as a condition of his or her probation from residing in a residence with any minor unless the court makes a specific finding that the person poses no danger to a minor residing in the residence.\n\n(b) Upon violation of this condition of probation, the court may enter an adjudication of guilt and proceed as otherwise provided by law.","path":["AR Code","Title 16","Chapter 93","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"6444d602d58034bf62e3cca040cddbd652c27a87dacd711cf5424da3460b7e8d","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-16-93-304","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-16-93-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
