Code Ann. § 17-100-402","heading":"Administration of compact - Rules","body":"(a) The Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology is the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact administrator for this state.\n\n(b) The board may adopt rules that are consistent with the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact necessary to implement this subchapter.\n\n(c) The board is not required to adopt the rules of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact Commission for those rules to be effective in this state.\n\n(d) For the purposes of the member state's ability to reject a rule under Section 10(B) of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact, Arkansas delegates its authority in this provision to the General Assembly or the Legislative Council.","path":["AR Code","Title 17","Chapter 100","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"8427dbf660bddf088cdca675ac961fdd9adfafb7b38c085c3ac1e68a8f800095","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-100-401","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-101-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
