Code Ann. § 17-103-105","heading":"Violations","body":"The following acts constitute violations of this chapter:\n\n(1) Representing oneself to be a social worker or engaging in the practice of social work unless licensed as a licensed social worker, a licensed master social worker, or a licensed certified social worker under this chapter;\n\n(2) Entering the private independent practice of clinical social work without being certified by the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board;\n\n(3) Obtaining or attempting to obtain a license or renewal of a license by bribery or fraudulent representation; and\n\n(4) Knowingly making a false statement on any form promulgated by the board in accordance with this chapter or the rules under this chapter.","path":["AR Code","Title 17","Chapter 103","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"2fcf1374b2258e793c3e3a1a7ec9187ba9e44d4f00485eb7c6975a0d3ac87822","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-103-104","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-103-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
