Code Ann. § 17-105-114","heading":"Disciplinary authority","body":"Upon finding that a physician assistant has committed any offense described in § 17-105-113 , the Arkansas State Medical Board may:\n\n(1) Refuse to grant a license;\n\n(2) Administer a public or private reprimand;\n\n(3) Revoke, suspend, limit, or otherwise restrict a license;\n\n(4) Require a physician assistant to submit to the care, counseling, or treatment of a physician or physicians designated by the board;\n\n(5) Suspend enforcement of its finding thereof and place the physician assistant on probation with the right to vacate the probationary order for noncompliance; or\n\n(6) Restore or reissue, at its discretion, a license and impose any disciplinary or corrective measure which it may have imposed.","path":["AR Code","Title 17","Chapter 105"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"088ed7e6e27dbaec76c53f31e4f25c04afb5cb7439df6d3e974d00e71a20e629","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-105-113","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-105-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
