Code Ann. § 17-11-103","heading":"Penalties","body":"(a) Any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
