Code Ann. § 17-20-204","heading":"Personnel","body":"The State Board of Barber Examiners is authorized to employ such other personnel as it deems necessary, and as is approved by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing, to carry out the provisions of this chapter, within such limits as may be provided by biennial appropriation of the General Assembly.
