(2) The enrollment application shall be accompanied by a copy of a method of identification containing a photograph of the applicant. (3) A student shall not earn hours before the date in which the department has issued a student permit. (b) A student who has completed the registration process and whose information is on file with the department shall complete a reenrollment form without submitting additional documents other than the student permit fee and a method of identification containing a photograph of the student.
