(2) The petition shall include details on the criminal record of the individual. (b) (1) A licensing entity may require that the applicant undergo a state and federal criminal background check as required by the licensing entity for all applicants for a license. (2) The petitioner under subsection (a) of this section shall be responsible for payment for the state and federal criminal background check.
