Code Ann. § 17-32-206","heading":"Witnesses and documents - Subpoenas","body":"(a) In carrying into effect this chapter, the State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists or its hearing examiner may compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of such books, records, and papers as may be required.
