Code Ann. § 17-35-605","heading":"Penalties","body":"Effective January 1, 1994, it shall be a Class A misdemeanor for any person to:\n\n(1) Use the title of \"registered residential interior designer\", unless registered under §§ 17-35-601 - 17-35-606 , 17-35-701 , 17-35-702 , and 17-35-801 - 17-35-803 ;\n\n(2) Present as his or her own the registration of another;\n\n(3) Give false or forged evidence to the State Board of Registered Residential Interior Designers or any member thereof in obtaining a registration;\n\n(4) Falsely impersonate any other practitioner of like or different name;\n\n(5) Use or attempt to use a registration that has been revoked; or\n\n(6) Otherwise violate any of the provisions of §§ 17-35-601 - 17-35-606 , 17-35-701 , 17-35-702 , and 17-35-801 - 17-35-803 .","path":["AR Code","Title 17","Chapter 35","Subchapter 6"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"b5860688473bd81c95f68eea09e6af5dd0889f0c6e66e5cb14e134743be3d0af","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-35-604","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-35-606"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
