Code Ann. § 17-93-311","heading":"Civil penalties","body":"(a) After due notice and hearing, the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy is also authorized to levy a civil penalty against any person licensed under the provisions of this chapter after a finding that the person has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or any rules promulgated by the board.\n\n(b) Civil penalties assessed by the board shall be no more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) per incident.\n\n(c) In addition to any other sanctions authorized by this chapter, the board may impose a civil penalty as provided in this section against any unlicensed person practicing or offering to practice any actions requiring licensure pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.","path":["AR Code","Title 17","Chapter 93","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"c332f52b8fbe1c6328c3e054c7e8128f7e796c2e63c572824317e981193e4864","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-93-310","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-93-312"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
