Code Ann. § 17-95-204","heading":"Perjury","body":"Any person who shall willfully and knowingly make any false statement to the Arkansas State Medical Board concerning his or her qualifications or authority to practice medicine shall be deemed guilty of perjury and punished as provided by law for those guilty of perjury.
