Code Ann. § 17-95-910","heading":"Violation","body":"Following the exercise of due process, the Arkansas State Medical Board may discipline a graduate registered physician who:\n\n(1) Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or attempts to obtain a license;\n\n(2) Fraudulently or deceptively uses a license;\n\n(3) Violates any provision of this subchapter or any rules adopted by the board pertaining to this chapter;\n\n(4) Is convicted of a felony listed under § 17-3-102 ;\n\n(5) Is a habitual user of intoxicants or drugs to the extent that he or she is unable to safely perform as a graduate registered physician; or\n\n(6) Has been adjudicated as mentally incompetent or has a mental condition that renders him or her unable to safely perform as a graduate registered physician.","path":["AR Code","Title 17","Chapter 95","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"86e7dda3b19345bb4988f4c675e5c522de6e4683700ae28b980927cacf732304","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-95-909","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-17-95-911"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
