Code Ann. § 17-97-403","heading":"Registration.","body":"(a) Each licensed psychologist employing technicians shall:\n(1) Register each technician with the Arkansas Psychology Board; and\n(2) Annually submit a statement of supervision outlining the supervisory process used with each technician.\n(b) Before employment, the technician shall:\n(1) Be registered with the board; and\n(2) Have completed a criminal background check as described for licensed psychologists under § 17-97-312.","path":["Title 17 Professions, Occupations, and Businesses","Subtitle 3.
