Code Ann. § 18-14-305","heading":"Instruments establishing time-share uses","body":"A project instrument or time-share instrument that establishes time-share uses containing accommodations located or offered in this state shall contain:\n\n(1) Identification by name of the time-share plan and street address where the time-share plan is situated;\n\n(2) Identification of the time periods, type of accommodations, the accommodations that are in the time-share plan and the length of time that the accommodations are committed to the time-share plan;\n\n(3) In case of a time-share plan, identification of which accommodations are in the time-share plan and the method for adding, deleting, or substituting other accommodations; and\n\n(4) Any other matters that the developer considers appropriate.","path":["AR Code","Title 18","Chapter 14","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"39c767609eefbd0bd61ecfed45ebb7020c8dd5648716a571ce5955c701de3140","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-18-14-304","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-18-14-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
