Code Ann. § 18-47-205","heading":"Fees","body":"The fee for filing and indexing each notice of lien or certificate or notice affecting the lien is:\n\n(1) For a lien on real estate, six dollars ($6.00) for the first page and one dollar ($1.00) for each additional page;\n\n(2) For a lien on tangible and intangible personal property, six dollars ($6.00);\n\n(3) For a certificate of discharge or subordination, six dollars ($6.00) for the first page and one dollar ($1.00) for each additional page;\n\n(4) For all other notices, including a certificate of release or nonattachment, six dollars ($6.00) for the first page and one dollar ($1.00) for each additional page.\n\nThe officer shall bill the district directors of the federal Internal Revenue Service or other appropriate federal officials on a monthly basis for fees for documents filed by them.","path":["AR Code","Title 18","Chapter 47","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"0f5dad44677bcf6eef85d1e1c419e60c6547c177a9da3664b00804ca3433cc20","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-18-47-204","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-18-47-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
