Code Ann. § 19-11-602","heading":"Purchase for schools and school districts","body":"(a) The Division of Emergency Management is authorized to purchase surplus commodities, materials, supplies, equipment, and other property from the United States Government through any of its agencies for tax-supported schools and for school districts in Arkansas.
