Code Ann. § 19-5-1098","heading":"Breast Cancer Research Fund","body":"(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the \"Breast Cancer Research Fund\". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of twenty percent (20%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (192), that portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (201), and those general revenues as may be provided by law. (2) The fund shall be used exclusively for those purposes as set out in § 20-15-1303 .
