Code Ann. § 19-5-1122","heading":"Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Trust Fund","body":"(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the \"Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Trust Fund\". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of those federal funds received through a grant award under the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grants Program. (2) The fund shall be used to provide funds to state and local units of government to establish a coordinated enforcement plan for reducing juvenile crime developed by a Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition, as administered by the Division of Youth Services of the Department of Human Services.
