Code Ann. § 19-5-1213","heading":"Arkansas Athletic Commission Fund","body":"(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the \"Arkansas Athletic Commission Fund\". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of those fees set out in § 17-22-101 et seq. (2) The fund shall be used for those purposes set out in § 17-22-101 et seq.
