Code Ann. § 19-5-1270","heading":"State Meat Inspection Program Fund","body":"(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the \"State Meat Inspection Program Fund\". (b) The fund shall consist of: (1) Fees collected under § 20-60-212 ; (2) Moneys obtained from federal grants or other sources that are designated to be credited to the fund; (3) Gifts, grants, and other moneys both public and private; and (4) Other revenues as may be authorized by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the Department of Agriculture for expenses of the State Meat Inspection Program.
