Code Ann. § 19-5-310","heading":"Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund","body":"A special fund entitled the \"Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund\" is created to provide a depository for funds which may be appropriated or otherwise secured for the purposes of matching or supplementing federal grants and loans. The Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund shall be used to provide low interest loans to cities, towns, counties, and other eligible applicants.
