Code Ann. § 19-5-911","heading":"Second Injury Trust Fund","body":"(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the \"Second Injury Trust Fund\".\n\n(b) The fund shall consist of the revenues provided by §§ 11-9-101 - 11-9-105 , 11-9-107 - 11-9-112 , 11-9-401 - 11-9-403 , 11-9-409 , 11-9-501 - 11-9-529 , 11-9-601 - 11-9-603 , 11-9-701 , 11-9-702 , 11-9-704 - 11-9-716 , and 11-9-801 - 11-9-811 and shall be used for the purposes as set out in those statutes.","path":["AR Code","Title 19","Chapter 5","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"a33046f30f1f6f3600c21fd7dc5accf98628dae96b810c11b3f07327d37f7da8","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-19-5-910","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-19-5-912"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
