Code Ann. § 19-5-939","heading":"Unemployment Compensation Revolving Fund","body":"(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the \"Unemployment Compensation Revolving Fund\".\n\n(b) The Unemployment Compensation Revolving Fund shall consist of employer unemployment contributions made under § 19-5-707 and temporary loans from the Budget Stabilization Trust Fund received under § 19-5-709 .\n\n(c) The funds shall be used to reimburse the Division of Workforce Services, in a timely manner, for unemployment compensation benefits paid by the division and charged to a state agency, as provided in § 19-5-701 et seq., and other laws applicable to state employees' unemployment compensation and for such other purposes as may be authorized by law.","path":["AR Code","Title 19","Chapter 5","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"2f9e5b0bb08810459d51fe0cde80b83041731c8d1ec98abf5b34cca4b9375339","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-19-5-938","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-19-5-940"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
