Code Ann. § 19-5-952","heading":"Natural and Cultural Resources Historic Preservation Fund","body":"(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the \"Natural and Cultural Resources Historic Preservation Fund\".\n\n(b) The fund shall consist of ten percent (10%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (145), there to be used by the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council for providing a source of funds for the operation of the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program and the Main Street Arkansas program as set out in § 15-12-103 .","path":["AR Code","Title 19","Chapter 5","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"ecdacba803ed88a28cd799f5f5eba9ad6883f8249a6c16aabba0f024dda89de7","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-19-5-951","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-19-5-953"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
