(b) This subchapter does not apply to: (1) A farm-owned cooperative; or (2) An entity licensed under the: (A) United States Warehouse Act, 7 U.S.C. § 241 et seq.; or (B) Arkansas Public Grain Warehouse Law, § 2-17-201 et seq.
