Code Ann. § 2-16-202","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Insect pests and diseases\" means insect pests and diseases injurious to plants and plant products of this state including any of the stages of development of such insects and diseases;\n\n(2) \"Persons\" means individuals, associations, partnerships, and corporations;\n\n(3) \"Places\" means vessels, cars, other vehicles, buildings, docks, nurseries, orchards, and other premises where plants and plant products are grown, kept, or handled; and\n\n(4) \"Plants and plant products\" means trees, shrubs, vines, forage, and cereal plants, and all other plants; cuttings, grafts, scions, buds, and all other parts of plants; and fruit, vegetables, roots, bulbs, seeds, wood, lumber, and all other plant products.","path":["AR Code","Title 2","Chapter 16","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"972b81cd9edb32a72f5dc8cc23dd836032ae8d5f70e17b80f7388c02c1271dea","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-2-16-201","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-2-16-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
