Code Ann. § 2-17-227","heading":"Partial delivery","body":"If a warehouseman delivers only a part of a lot of grain for which he or she has issued a negotiable receipt under this subchapter, he or she shall take up and cancel the receipt and issue a new receipt in accordance with the rules in this subchapter for the undelivered portion of the grain.
