Code Ann. § 2-19-306","heading":"Registration","body":"(a) Before any liming material is sold or offered for sale or distribution in this state, the manufacturer, importer, or other guarantor, which is a person or firm that places or mixes liming materials of more than one (1) manufacturer in a stockpile, shall register each liming material with the State Plant Board.\n\n(b) The registration shall contain the statement referred to in § 2-19-303 or the rules provided for therein and be accompanied by a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each liming material.\n\n(c) Registrations shall expire June 30 of each year.","path":["AR Code","Title 2","Chapter 19","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"1e80fcc2987bcf39b6df34234dc7c61f64d63bf6b53e16653b72c577cc77cd8d","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-2-19-305","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-2-19-307"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
