(2) A dealer that exists as of the effective date of this chapter has sixty (60) days from March 23, 2015 to obtain a license. (b) (1) A license is valid from July 1 of the year of application until June 30 of the following year. (2) However, an initial license received between January 1 and June 30 is valid only until June 30 of the year in which the license was obtained.
