Code Ann. § 20-10-2003","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Assisted living facility\" means the same as in § 20-10-1703 ;\n\n(2) \"Congregate services\" means provision of group meals or any activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living provided in a group setting;\n\n(3) \"Person\" means an individual, partnership, association, corporation, or other entity;\n\n(4) \"Residential care facility\" means the same as in § 20-10-101 ; and\n\n(5) \"Supervision\" means that an assisted living facility or a residential care facility monitors the condition or status of the resident as related to medical or personal care while in the facility.","path":["AR Code","Title 20","Chapter 10","Subchapter 20"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"955df9d1c2bd7e2bebf869f6a66d4b6b8e31e05fe882feb555791381f9c3486b","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-10-2002","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-10-2004"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
