Code Ann. § 20-10-232","heading":"Rules, client rights, and sanctions","body":"(a) The Office of Long-Term Care shall promulgate and maintain pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., separate rules, client rights, and sanctions for intermediate care facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities operations and for other long-term care facilities regulated by the office.\n\n(b) Rules which cover all facilities regulated by the office shall be included in each separate set of rules.
