Code Ann. § 20-10-502","heading":"Coordination of state and nonstate agencies","body":"(a) The state agencies which administer funds for long-term care shall work together to achieve a coordinated and accessible network of long-term care and related community-based services, utilizing an orderly and effective interagency referral system.\n\n(b) The state agencies shall develop procedures and guidelines to assure that coordination between state agencies in the long-term care network will take place.\n\n(c) Nonstate agencies shall be encouraged to participate in the long-term care network.\n\n(d) Any nonstate agency which receives state funds related to long-term care services shall be required to abide by the policies and procedures of the long-term care network.","path":["AR Code","Title 20","Chapter 10","Subchapter 5"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"5410f499f389da8eda967a485cd9d5c257cecad4e9ee1039f3d624dce1a89aa1","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-10-501","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-10-503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
