Code Ann. § 20-13-604","heading":"Eligibility for certificate","body":"Persons eligible to receive a certificate pursuant to this subchapter shall meet the following requirements:\n\n(1) Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;\n\n(2) Have, or reasonably expect to have, responsibility for at least one (1) other person as a result of one's relationship, or one's occupational or volunteer status, for example, emergency medical technician, fire department personnel, P.H. nurses, etc.; and\n\n(3) Have been properly trained by a qualified instructor who has been certified by a physician licensed under the Arkansas Medical Practices Act, § 17-95-201 et seq., § 17-95-301 et seq., and § 17-95-401 et seq.
